Melissa Pruce's Story: The Importance of Early Detection of Breast Cancer
Start your breast health routine with the Know Your Lemons app. "I would encourage you to get the app, check out what your normal is, report any changes, don't depend on just mammogram screening, especially if you have dense breast tissues, and recommend the app to all your friends and have them get screened as well."

Dominique Martinez's story: Just Keep Swimming
Just keep swimming!
“I have Dory at all times, and she went with me to every appointment, every chemo, every radiation, and to this day, every appointment because I still get my scan-xiety, even with simple blood work. Today, I enjoy life as if every day is an adventure and a huge celebration. And when I get stressed or I get scared, I really grab on to Dory and I hug her, and just keep swimming.” —Dominique M. (Chino, CA)

Nisha Jaime’s story: 42 year old breast cancer survivor
Breast cancer can feel lonely. It was really nice to be able to see people from around the world who are advocating for this, who are going through the same thing and we're all just supporting each other. I'm really super grateful for all the work that Know Your Lemons is doing to raise awareness about breast cancer, because early detection is really the key to survival. Thank you all for supporting those of us with breast cancer, and sending my love and prayers to everybody who's out there on their own journey just like I am.
