Know Your Lemons, together with Dandelion Health, will coordinate with Alliance members to help implement the World Health Organization’s Global Breast Cancer Initiative (GCBI).

Launched in 2024, the Know Your Lemons World Breast Alliance (WBA) is our multi-stakeholder coalition of the leading breast cancer organizations, government entities, and healthcare partners who are dedicated to reducing the global burden of breast cancer.

Focusing on each of the three GBCI pillars—health promotion for early detection, timely breast diagnosis, and comprehensive breast cancer management—we will host a series of educational webinars and in-person meetings that equip members with tools for lifesaving community outreach in their regions. We believe that by increasing education and improving the capacity of organizations to educate in more equitable ways, we can help people get diagnosed earlier, overcome cultural taboos, and see women lead longer, healthier lives.
