Know Your Lemons – Charity- https://knowyourlemons.com/
"Know Your Lemons" is the work of designer Dr Corrine Ellsworth Beaumont, PhD. She founded the nonprofit "Know Your Lemons® Foundation" (formerly Worldwide Breast Cancer) in 2014.
The Know Your Lemons Foundation has a mission to help women find breast cancer as early as possible.
Corrine Ellsworth-Beaumont was a design student living in London, who had both grandmothers die from breast cancer. She wanted to make a difference, and came up with a brilliant way to educate using lemons, “I designed the #knowyourlemons app and campaign to make it easy to understand symptoms and how to get screened, in honor of my family and friends that I’ve lost to the disease. Today it’s now a charity that works with people in 90 countries and in 22 languages—it’s the largest education initiative ever created for breast cancer! It’s humbling to see it now become a charity and hear how our work is making a real difference in the lives of women around the world.”
