Diversity. Equity. Inclusion.

Our vision and mission reflect our commitment to making breast cancer communication accessible for everyone. We recognize the strength that comes from diversity and we celebrate the visible and invisible qualities that make each person unique, including race, gender, age, sexuality, ability, religion, national origin, gender identity, and other identities.

We know that there is always more work to be done to create a more equitable environment and that intention alone will not change things. That is why we are prioritizing bringing more diversity to our board and staff, to be more reflective of the people we serve.

The vision we have for creating friendly, accessible, and inclusive education that saves lives moves us to directly challenge ourselves, while building opportunities for learning, change, and accountability.

We know:

This work is urgent and we will always be learning. We will make mistakes and own our responsibility while taking corrective action. Our efforts are tireless and we will never stop.
