How the process works:
Fill in your company information below, including the number of people you insure.
You will then receive an email with program costs and a button to sign the agreement.
Sign the agreement to accept enrollment.
You will then receive an email to set up the program for your company by filling out a registration form.
After that, the program will be sent to the person you designate on the registration form and you can start the program!
An invoice will be emailed to you on January 1, 2025. Your company will then pay the fee and submit for reimbursement to Cigna. Check with your insurance account manager to see how to get these funds reimbursed in 2025 and the for the total amount your company has allocated. The program is complimentary in 2024 for all who enroll in the Early Access program.
